We are a solar installation company based in Akron, seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Solar Installers. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior installers with the installation of solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and tools
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Akron, or willing to relocate at your own expense
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willing to work long hours, including weekends, as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket.
