As a Land Surveyor in Kaunas, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction projects. Your duties will include using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers to collect data, analyzing survey data, and preparing reports and maps. You will also be expected to work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate surveying and provide guidance on potential land use issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying instruments and software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Biometric passport for ease of travel
