Factory Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in the manufacturing process. You will need to have a strong understanding of machine operations and be able to troubleshoot and identify potential issues.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect machinery and report any malfunctions or potential issues
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate production records
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, health, and quality control
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a factory machine operator preferred
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Good understanding of safety protocols related to factory machinery operation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

This position is located in Nakuru, Kenya.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Pakistani candidates currently living in Kenya or willing to relocate on their own visa.
