Job Title: Mason (Al-Malikiyah)



As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing buildings, walls, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. You will work closely with architects and other construction professionals to ensure that structures are built to specifications and meet safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to blueprints or plans
- Cut or break bricks and concrete blocks to required sizes using hammer or chisels
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using trowel
- Align rows of bricks or blocks in straight line using string level and plumb rule
- Spread mortar between joints of bricks or blocks
- Repair cracks in existing structures using caulking materials
- Use various hand tools such as hammers, chisels, levels, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints or plans to determine layout of structures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason preferred but not required
- Physical strength and ability to lift heavy materials
- Knowledge of mixing mortar and laying out patterns accurately
- Ability to read blueprints or plans accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including extreme heat/cold

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Al-Malikiyah (Accommodation provided)
