Industrial Painter


We are actively seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Eldoret. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to industrial surfaces according to specifications. This position requires a high level of skill and attention to detail, as well as experience in mixing paint, preparing surfaces, and using various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling holes and cracks, and applying primer if necessary
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint or other finishes using various methods such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete painting tasks efficiently and effectively
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints, varnishes, and finishes
- Familiarity with various painting techniques such as spray painting or powder coating
- Ability to mix paints accurately and match colors precisely
- Experience in surface preparation including sanding and priming
- Attention to detail with an eye for perfection
- Strong physical stamina for standing, bending, kneeling for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Must have own transportation (accommodation not provided)
