We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Os, Norway. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional architectural plans for various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, excellent drawing and drafting skills, and proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Revit. As an Architectural Designer, your main responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Conducting site surveys and analyzing site conditions
- Creating detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD or Revit
- Developing 3D models and renderings to accurately represent designs
- Ensuring designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Providing technical support during the construction phase
- Communicating effectively with project team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
- Ability to create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills

In addition to these qualifications, the following attributes would be considered an asset:

- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with BIM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
