Surveyor Assistant


We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Surveyor Assistant. As a Surveyor Assistant, you will work alongside experienced surveyors to assist in the collection and analysis of data related to land and construction projects. This is an entry-level position, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the surveying profession.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of survey equipment, such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
- Collect data using various methods including GPS, electronic distance measuring devices, and traditional leveling techniques
- Help with the preparation of field notes and sketches
- Perform basic calculations and data analysis under the guidance of senior surveyors
- Maintain accurate records of field data and ensure its proper organization
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project objectives are met
- Adhere to all safety procedures while working on-site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; associate's or bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Basic understanding of mathematical concepts and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Familiarity with survey equipment and software is a plus but not required
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Location: Sheduva, Lithuania
Salary: $1100 per month
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
