Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs
- Develop data models and algorithms to improve data analysis processes
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection, storage, and analysis
- Communicate complex findings in an easy-to-understand manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other statistical software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
