Team Lead (Bergen)


As a Team Lead in our Bergen office, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality work. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to motivate and guide team members will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Identify any roadblocks or challenges and work with the team to find solutions.
- Communicate project updates, changes, and issues effectively with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure smooth coordination of project activities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving project goals.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen. We do not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship. Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa.
