Restaurant Manager


A reputable restaurant in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Al-Kuwait (candidates from Canada preferred)
