Temporary Restaurant Manager (English speaking) in Al-Kuwait for Egyptian Nationals


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have previous experience managing a restaurant. As an Egyptian national, you will have a biometric passport that allows you to work in Kuwait.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create schedules for employees and ensure proper staffing levels at all times
- Monitor food quality and service to ensure high standards are maintained
- Train and mentor new staff members, providing ongoing support and guidance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Manage budgets and financials, including monitoring expenses and maximizing profits
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Biometric passport allowing you to work in Kuwait as an Egyptian national
