Solar Installer - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role, so you must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and related equipment according to blueprints and specifications
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during installation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the solar system
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar installation or similar field
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Must have a valid driver's license

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
