PHP Developer


We are in need of a skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's web applications and websites, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using PHP
- Develop and maintain web applications and websites using PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
- Troubleshoot issues and perform bug fixes as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure all code is secure and meets industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as a PHP Developer
- Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony)
- Experience working with MySQL databases
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Knowledge of server-side caching techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
