Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
- Identifying opportunities for upselling products or services
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
- Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using various online platforms and technology tools
- Adaptable to changing schedules, including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1500$ per month.

Location:
This role is based in Bergen, Norway. Preference will be given to individuals who already have the legal right to work in Norway.
