Hotel Sales Manager - Monte-Carlo, Monaco



We are a luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels including corporate clients, travel agencies, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with corporate clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional offers and packages
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in English (additional language is a plus)
- Knowledge of revenue management systems is preferred
