Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine (Part-Time)


We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Utena. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time in the future. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in an Indian restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations on menu items
- Serve food and drinks to customers with attention to detail and accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating any issues to management if necessary
- Ensure tables are set up properly, clean, and ready for the next guest
- Assist with opening/closing duties, including cash handling and cleaning tasks
