Junior Architectural Technologist - Las Vegas, USA


We are hiring a skilled and motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will assist our senior team members in designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with no English language requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior team members to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Utilize CAD software to develop accurate and precise technical drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project development
- Assist in the creation of project proposals and presentations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong technical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in architecture or construction is an asset

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
The job is located in Las Vegas, USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States.
