We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our senior staff to assist in the design and production of architectural plans and drawings for various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD and other design software
- Work closely with the senior staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for project designs
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in all designs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop effective design solutions
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Basic understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it. No prior experience is required but candidates with some experience will be given preference.
