English Speaking Call Center Representative in Medina
We are looking for a friendly and professional English-speaking Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, productivity, and quality standards
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customers while displaying empathy and patience in sensitive situations
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer literate with knowledge of basic software applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with benefits such as accommodation.
