Entry-Level Florist in Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a motivated and creative Entry-Level Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait, a bustling city known for its vibrant culture and booming economy. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral designs using a variety of flowers, greens, and other decorative elements
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Manage the setup and breakdown of floral displays for events
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Must be physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic knowledge of flower care techniques is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work full-time with flexible hours including weekends and holidays
