Junior Merchandiser in Albena, Egypt


We are seeking a motivated Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Albena, Egypt. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting with product development and sourcing, as well as maintaining relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of merchandise.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with product development and sourcing by researching trends, attending trade shows, and identifying potential suppliers
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, place orders, and track shipments
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and production to ensure product quality and on-time delivery
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Track sales performance and make recommendations for assortment changes
- Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional strategies for products
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
