We are in search of a skilled Slinger/Loader to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Slinger/Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading heavy objects, such as construction materials or equipment, onto trucks or other vehicles. You will also be required to secure the load using straps, chains or ropes to ensure safe transportation. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload heavy objects onto trucks or other vehicles
- Secure the load using straps, chains or ropes
- Communicate effectively with team members and truck drivers
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Experience as a Slinger/Loader is preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work visa for Croatia (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
