We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends. You will work closely with our team of analysts and data scientists to provide valuable insights that will drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement analytical processes and models to extract meaningful insights from data
- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources using data mining techniques
- Identify patterns and trends in data to help inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide relevant data analysis
- Create visualizations, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Use statistical techniques to validate findings and ensure accuracy of data analysis results
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with data analytics or related field
- Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R for statistical analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze large datasets from various sources
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in machine learning techniques is a plus

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania.
