Senior Architect - Design and Planning Specialist


We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for the design and planning of various projects, ensuring that they meet high quality standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and planning process for various architectural projects, including commercial, residential, and public buildings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential challenges or opportunities for the project.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction.
- Review project plans and make necessary revisions based on changes in client requirements or building codes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques to incorporate into designs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect, with a focus on design and planning.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with benefits.

Location:
Our office is located in Las Vegas but this position is open to candidates from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
