Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects ranging from residential to commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all design elements meet the project requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts that meet client needs
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research materials and products to determine suitability for specific projects
- Prepare project proposals, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate feedback into designs
- Work closely with engineers and contractors during the construction phase to ensure design integrity is maintained

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Los Angeles

Preference: This job is open to all nationalities. However, candidates who are Indian nationals or students are encouraged to apply. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.
