Position: Commercial Architect

Salary: 1600$ per month

Our architectural firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Triesen, Canada. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for their commercial projects
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is being built according to the design and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution of plans
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
