The ideal candidate for this role will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently. You must also have basic knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques. Previous experience in plastering or construction is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix various types of plaster according to specifications
- Measure surfaces accurately to determine needed materials
- Apply coats of plaster using hand tools or specialized equipment
- Achieve desired texture by using different techniques
- Smooth out imperfections using trowels or sandpaper
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with good stamina
- Basic knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to achieve desired texture
- Previous experience in construction or plastering is a plus but not required
