Hotel Sales Manager


We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase bookings for our hotel. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other hotel departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor competitors' rates, promotions, and sales techniques to stay competitive in the market
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
