Personal Trainer

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans, providing one-on-one training sessions, and tracking progress for clients of all fitness levels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop customized workout plans based on clients' fitness goals and abilities
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals
- Track client progress and make necessary adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and certifications

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related field
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and proper form/technique
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs/goals
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer through a recognized organization such as NASM or ACE
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Experience working with special populations (injuries, chronic conditions, etc.)

Salary: $1700 per month
