Supply Manager

A reputable company in Jeddah is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Supply Manager to join our team. As the Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure quality products are delivered on time.
- Oversee inventory management processes to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with the finance department to create budgets and track expenses related to supply chain activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their supply needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement roles.
- Experience working in the manufacturing or retail industry is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, etc.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with fluency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience working with supply chain management software is an asset.
