Supply Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management and be able to effectively oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing orders
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of goods
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for pricing and delivery
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
- Oversee the budget for supply chain operations and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Train and supervise supply chain staff members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1200$
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (open to Indian nationals)
