Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Al-Kuwait. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and excellent communication skills. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and schedules
- Prepare budget estimates and monitor project costs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure quality standards are met through regular inspections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations in Al-Kuwait
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Note: This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Part-time candidates will also be considered.
