Foreign Construction Manager

Job Title: Foreign Construction Manager



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreign Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Al-Kuwait. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end.
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure projects stay within allocated funds.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
- Experience working in Al-Kuwait or other Gulf countries is preferred.

Salary: 1200$
