We are hiring a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Salalah. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and other pastry items. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of baked goods, desserts, and other pastry items.
- Develop new recipes and use innovative techniques to enhance the menu.
- Ensure that all pastry items are made according to company standards and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate menu planning and execution.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train junior chefs.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position. Other benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development may also be available.
