We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our network and systems infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations. Your duties will include monitoring network performance, implementing security measures, installing new software/hardware, and providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance to ensure availability and speed for all users.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Install and configure new software/hardware as needed.
- Provide technical support to users regarding network/systems issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network/systems configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new projects or upgrades.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) and hardware (e.g. routers, switches).
- Strong understanding of security protocols such as firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware) is preferred.
- Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Salary: 1600$ per month
This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Fluency in English is required for this role.
