Commercial Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and innovative Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Ashdod. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, ensuring they are functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve contractor bids and materials for projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors to coordinate project plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
