As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant located in Al-Rayyan. Your main goal will be to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service while ensuring the profitability of the business. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of employees, creating schedules, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory levels. Additionally, you will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of dishes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant management, strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month along with free visa and ticket. It is open to Malayalees living in Al-Rayyan who are fluent in English and have graduated from a recognized institution.
