Sales Representative

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the Las Vegas area seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify potential clients and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve sales targets set by management
- Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports on sales activities and progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
