Operate cranes to lift, move, position and place heavy loads such as machinery, equipment, and construction materials. Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Communicate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate lifts and ensure safety protocols are followed. Follow blueprints or instructions to determine appropriate crane positions and movement. Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting crane equipment. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating the crane. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Previous experience as a crane operator preferred but not required. Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness. Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
