We are seeking a creative and talented Web Designer to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in web design, strong graphic design skills, and a good understanding of user experience (UX) principles.

Responsibilities:
- Create website layouts and design elements using Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and create designs that meet their needs
- Develop responsive websites that are optimized for various devices
- Create wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate the website's functionality
- Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the website designs

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Experience with UX/UI design principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
