English Teacher


We are seeking a qualified and experienced English teacher to join our team in Akron. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, teaching students of all ages and levels, and evaluating their progress. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours in the future.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective lesson plans that meet the needs of students
- Teach English to students of all ages and levels
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the specific needs of each student
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching methods
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress and any concerns
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in language teaching

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Fluency in English (native-level preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs of students
- Must be able to work legally in the US (visa sponsorship available)
