Courier Supervisor

As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier services in Nakuru. Your main role will be to manage a team of couriers and ensure that all packages are delivered efficiently and on time. You will also be in charge of maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of couriers, including assigning routes, tracking deliveries, and monitoring performance.
- Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding deliveries.
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall delivery processes.
- Develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or manager in a courier or logistics company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in using technology such as GPS devices and delivery tracking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation apps.
- Must be physically fit to handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Nakuru (Preference for Indian nationals)
