Sales Manager in Multan, Pakistan (Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Multan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet their individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a sales team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
