Part-Time Sales Manager


We are looking for a driven and experienced Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Multan. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule and has previous sales experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of part-time sales representatives
- Set sales goals and targets for the team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Train and motivate team members to improve their performance
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new potential clients and develop strategies to reach them

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends if needed
- Biometric passport or valid ID/passport for local travel within Multan

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Multan, but may require occasional travel within the city for client meetings or events.

Note:
This position does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who already have accommodation in Multan.
