Architecture Manager (Part-Time)



We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Architecture Manager to oversee the design, development, and construction of architectural projects in Svalbard. This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and is suitable for men without experience or accommodation.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for budget management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role. Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is preferred.
