We are seeking an Entry-Level Barber to join our salon in the picturesque city of Bergen, Norway. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing barbering services to clients of all ages and backgrounds. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and discuss their desired haircuts or styles
- Provide consultations to clients on suitable hairstyles based on their face shape, hair type, and preferences
- Perform various barbering services such as cutting, trimming, shaping, and styling hair using specialized tools and techniques
- Shampoo and condition hair before or after haircutting services
- Provide additional services such as beard trims, hot towel shaves, and facial grooming upon request from clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality services and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly

Requirements:
- No prior experience in barbering required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Passion for hairstyling and willingness to learn new techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions from clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
