Administrator for Student Housing in Bergen
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to manage student housing in Bergen. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the housing, including coordinating move-ins and move-outs, managing rental agreements, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our student residents.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for student residents
- Manage rental agreements and ensure timely payments
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Communicate regularly with student residents to address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of resident information and unit availability
- Manage budget for housing expenses
- Collaborate with university administration to ensure compliance with housing policies
- Monitor safety and security measures for the housing units
- Conduct regular inspections of units to ensure cleanliness and functionality
- Plan and organize social events for student residents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to housing management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
