Waiter/Waitress

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated waiter/waitress to join our team at our restaurant in Isa Town. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. We offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders
- Provide detailed information about the menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Handle any customer complaints or inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments accurately
- Upsell additional menu items as appropriate

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset
- Customer service training or certification
