Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sofia, Bulgaria. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This is a full-time job suitable for men with experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and efficient completion of construction projects
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety measures
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations
- Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, contractors, and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Fluent in Bulgarian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work full-time in Sofia with own visa (accommodation can be provided if needed)
