We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Welder, you will be responsible for creating strong and durable metal structures by using various welding techniques. This is a full-time job with a salary of $1300 and visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the welding work
- Measure and mark workpieces using templates, measuring tapes, and rulers to ensure accuracy
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or warping of materials
- Use various tools such as grinders, sanders, and wire brushes to smooth out rough edges or surfaces
- Inspect welded joints and structures to identify any defects or imperfections
- Maintain equipment by regularly cleaning and performing basic repairs when needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working with potentially hazardous materials
- Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; technical degree or certification in welding preferred
- Proven experience as a welder in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC) and equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams accurately
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures for handling hazardous materials
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
